I LOVE the heat patches for the heavy flow, because they really DO work for me :-D I would definitely give this a 5 star rating :) I WILL BE purchasing this product again at some point when I can :)

These are pretty good! I wouldn't say they're the best heat-wise, but they're made with all-natural ingredients, so that makes it way more positive. Can be used all day, unlike others.

Oh these patches are actually quite nice to have. They look like a giant bandaid but they're comfortable to wear and really soothing.

I don’t write a lot of reviews but felt I should. If you’re hesitant, don’t be. They work. I have some HORRIBLE periods. I mean next level and unpredictable. “Post menopausal” ugh. I have used all of the heat patches, been burned, irritated, sometimes they work- some don’t. I just want pain relief. This works. The first patch I did have some slight sensitivity and I’m used to that. I have super sensitive psoriatic skin. Though it only happened once. I’ve used them the last two days. I love that I control the heat w the sticker. It does seem to work. Mostly I love that they take the pain away pretty quickly. I bought these on a prime deal and I’m hooked and now my daughter is hooked. Great product. Totally recommend for anyone like me- I am using the heavy option. Mellows those cramps right out.

love this for my focus pain spots. i can put the patch right over where it hurt and it warms up in seconds and stays warm for hours! it doesn't move around while wearing pants and stays in place. for me, it didnt get to hot so i didn't need to use the sticker it came with to help reduce the heat.only reason i gave it 4 stars is because the adhesive made it painful to remove. for me the skin is a little this there, especially after having a baby, so over the stretchmark scars was a little red for a few days.
